Key Responsibilities
- Support the launch, promotion, and execution of coaching programs for global customers
- Act as a critical point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate communication
- Document key processes and develop playbooks to enhance operational efficiency
Qualifications & Skills
- Operations experience in program coordination or a related field, preferably in coaching, wellness, or SaaS
- Strong organizational skills with a proactive approach
- Data proficiency, with experience in Excel or Google Sheets preferred
- Experience in documenting processes and creating guidelines
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
