Job Summary

A company is looking for a Condo Project Processing Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Condo Processing Team, including workload assignment and performance management
• Conduct quality control checks and support underwriting escalations while ensuring adherence to service level agreements
• Train and mentor new Processors, conducting onboarding and performance improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 5+ years of residential mortgage processing experience
• Excellent math and analytical skills
• Proficient in DU, LP, Microsoft Outlook, Salesforce, and Windows
