Job Summary

A company is looking for a Coordination of Benefits Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervises the Coordination of Benefits (COB) team and monitors daily activities
  • Ensures compliance with state and federal requirements while maintaining accurate department processes
  • Collaborates with other departments and participates in staff hiring, training, and performance management
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Health Care Administration, Business, or equivalent experience
  • 6+ years of experience in a managed care or healthcare setting
  • At least 3 years in a leadership role or equivalent training
  • Knowledge of COB payment methodologies and Medicare & Medicaid eligibility rules
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and familiarity with claims processing systems preferred
