Key Responsibilities
- Manage the overall telecom pipeline and track risks to client timelines and revenue delivery
- Review pipeline metrics, identify key findings, and present results in weekly meetings
- Directly manage team resources, including training and staffing, to meet client needs
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in operations or a related field, with a focus on metric results and improvements
- 2-3 years of team leadership experience, including task assignment and performance management
- 1-3 years of experience in the telecom field is preferred
- Proven ability to drive results based on metric performance in complex operational systems
- Able to work effectively in a fully remote environment
