Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Global Telecom Analysis Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the overall telecom pipeline and track risks to client timelines and revenue delivery
• Review pipeline metrics, identify key findings, and present results in weekly meetings
• Directly manage team resources, including training and staffing, to meet client needs

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in operations or a related field, with a focus on metric results and improvements
• 2-3 years of team leadership experience, including task assignment and performance management
• 1-3 years of experience in the telecom field is preferred
• Proven ability to drive results based on metric performance in complex operational systems
• Able to work effectively in a fully remote environment
