Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

• 15+ years of leadership experience in corporate strategy, operational excellence, or management consulting
• Proven track record of leading transformation and operational improvement initiatives in a global technology company
• Strong business acumen with the ability to connect strategy to execution and measurable outcomes
• Expertise in performance management frameworks such as OKRs, Lean Six Sigma, and Agile
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
