Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare operations or patient engagement, with 2+ years in management
- Experience managing call center/outreach functions in a healthcare setting
- Understanding of Enhanced Care Management and palliative care models
- Proven track record of meeting enrollment targets
- Familiarity with CRMs and EHR systems
