A company is looking for a Transaction Coordinator to assist originators in building complete loan files for submission.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist originators with appointment setting and managing client databases
- Monitor key dates related to loan transactions and manage documentation collection
- Provide administrative support throughout the loan application and processing stages
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred, with at least one year of experience in mortgage lending or a related field
- No active MLO licensing required
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain organization
- Proficiency in data entry and software programs such as Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong ethical standards and commitment to company values
