Job Summary

A company is looking for a Transaction Coordinator to assist originators in building complete loan files for submission.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist originators with appointment setting and managing client databases
  • Monitor key dates related to loan transactions and manage documentation collection
  • Provide administrative support throughout the loan application and processing stages
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred, with at least one year of experience in mortgage lending or a related field
  • No active MLO licensing required
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain organization
  • Proficiency in data entry and software programs such as Microsoft Word and Excel
