Job Summary
A company is looking for an Associate Operations Account Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the underwriting team with processing Commercial Lines applications and ensure all required information is entered into the agency management system
- Support Retail Agents with onboarding, due diligence forms, licensing, and policy management
- Review and process policy requests, cancellations, endorsements, and assist with surplus lines tax filings
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of current insurance service experience preferred
- Some knowledge of insurance coverage forms and their application
- 1 year of demonstrated experience in insurance service practices and procedures
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills
