Operations Account Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Operations Account Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the underwriting team with processing Commercial Lines applications and ensure all required information is entered into the agency management system
• Support Retail Agents with onboarding, due diligence forms, licensing, and policy management
• Review and process policy requests, cancellations, endorsements, and assist with surplus lines tax filings

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of current insurance service experience preferred
• Some knowledge of insurance coverage forms and their application
• 1 year of demonstrated experience in insurance service practices and procedures
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Highly organized with excellent time management skills
