Director of Network Optimization

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Director, Network and Trend Optimization in the Central Region.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between network, finance, clinical operations, and sales teams to align strategies
• Develop and implement market network strategies to enhance cost-effectiveness and quality of care
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of implemented strategies

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in healthcare industry, network management, or related fields
• Strong understanding of healthcare systems, reimbursement models, and network contracting principles
• Proven ability to analyze complex data sets to develop actionable strategies
• At least 5 years of experience in cross-functional collaboration roles
• Bachelor's degree preferred in healthcare administration, finance, business, or a related field
