Key Responsibilities
- Oversee coordination across Shared Services functions, ensuring alignment on priorities and decisions
- Develop and manage meeting agendas and maintain organizational metrics dashboards for decision-making
- Create compelling communications and materials to advance Shared Services initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in any field
- At least eight years of experience in systems and process management with high-level coordination
- Ability to work independently while maintaining strong connections within a remote environment
- Experience in managing up and across within complex organizational structures
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office
