Delivery Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Delivery Operations Manager to oversee the AI Delivery function and manage the Mason team.

Key Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operations for the AI Delivery function
• Manage and grow the Mason team from ~5 to ~30 over 6 months
• Implement scalable systems and processes for task assignment, performance tracking, and delivery QA

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in delivery operations, technical program management, or a high-growth agency/services environment
• Experience in building and managing technical teams (10+)
• Proficient in building operational systems, playbooks, and dashboards from scratch
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and create processes where none exist
• Familiarity with agentic architectures, N8n, or low-code/automation platforms is a plus
