Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting, Healthcare Management, Business (MBA/MHA) or related field preferred
• Minimum of five years' experience in Revenue Cycle Management or related healthcare operations management role
• Deep understanding of the revenue cycle, including billing, coding, and claims processing
• Experience in analyzing payer contracts and negotiating terms for maximum reimbursement
• Proven ability to develop talent and build effective teams within an organization
