Condo Collateral Team Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Team Lead, Condo Collateral.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of condo and collateral underwriters, ensuring high performance and continuous learning
• Oversee daily workflow management and prioritize tasks for timely completion of reviews
• Serve as the primary escalation point for complex appraisal and condo project decisions, providing expert guidance

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma required; some college coursework preferred
• 5+ years of experience in collateral review or underwriting, specifically with condominium projects
• At least 2 years in a team leader or supervisory role
• Extensive experience with Fannie Mae's Collateral Underwriter and appraisal review tools
• DE Underwriter (FHA) and SAR/LAPP (VA) designations preferred
