Director of Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Operations to serve as the CEO's primary operating partner, focusing on driving profitable and scalable growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Run daily/weekly operating cadence, ensuring priorities and data integrity across systems
• Lead cross-functional meetings to update performance metrics and oversee project governance
• Present monthly reviews and sponsor continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

• 5 - 10+ years of experience in operations within agency/consulting/SaaS environments with P&L impact
• Expertise in Scalable, ClickUp, and Go High Level (GHL) systems
• Proven track record of building effective operating cadences
• Strong leadership skills with high emotional intelligence and stakeholder management experience
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent experience preferred
