Facility Management Operations Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IFM Operations Team Lead to oversee facility management operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with account Service Lines to implement Facility Management standard practices and ensure efficient project execution
• Lead a team of facility management professionals to maintain effective governance and adherence to standard processes
• Develop and implement tools to enhance service delivery and streamline communication with field teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in commercial real estate and/or Facilities Management
• Knowledge of standard commercial real estate, business, and accounting practices
• In-depth knowledge of work order life cycle and advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite
• Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service and operational efficiency
