Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the Transcription, Scheduling, and Physician Service Team support functions
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance scheduling efficiency and productivity
• Monitor financial performance and manage physician schedules, ensuring adherence to service level agreements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience in a Radiology Practice or Hospital setting
• 3+ years of supervisory experience and 5+ years of management experience preferred
• Ability to develop and maintain relationships with medical professionals
• Strong human resource management skills and the ability to analyze data for operational decisions
• Flexibility with work hours and ability to travel among practice locations
