Key Responsibilities
- Manage policy modifications, exchanges, surrenders, claims, and payment processing
- Provide backup call center support and update the admin portal as needed
- Participate in team initiatives and training sessions via video
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a life insurance post-processing environment
- Experience with payment processing
- Technical experience, preferably with JIRA
- Ability to actively participate in virtual team meetings and projects
