A company is looking for a Post-Issue Operations Specialist to manage post-issue transactions in a remote, temp-to-hire role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage policy modifications, exchanges, surrenders, claims, and payment processing
  • Provide backup call center support and update the admin portal as needed
  • Participate in team initiatives and training sessions via video
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in a life insurance post-processing environment
  • Experience with payment processing
  • Technical experience, preferably with JIRA
  • Ability to actively participate in virtual team meetings and projects
