Business Operations Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Operations Associate for the Clinical Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Create scalable systems, automations, workflows, and operational processes to support clinical quality operations
• Track and maintain metrics to monitor progress against clinical OKRs
• Identify and implement innovations to maximize quality, speed, and efficiency of the Clinical Excellence team

Required Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in business operations and strategy at a startup or consulting firm
• Experience in automating manual processes
• Experience working alongside or within Clinical teams
• Proficiency in Google Sheets (required)
• Experience building workflows in Hubspot (preferred)
