A company is looking for a Business Operations Administrator.
Key Responsibilities
- Review contracts and manage the organization's software licensing portfolio to ensure compliance and minimize costs
- Coordinate procurement and renewals of software licenses, tracking expiration dates and evaluating cost-effective options
- Support IT teams with software license provisioning and collaborate with vendors and stakeholders on licensing terms and compliance policies
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Business Administration
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT asset or license management
- Minimum 3 years of experience in software licensing models (subscription, perpetual, concurrent)
- Minimum 3 years of experience with SaaS requirements
