Emergency Management Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Emergency Management Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate, lead, and manage the Emergency Management Program across the Kentucky Market
• Develop and distribute disaster preparedness materials to caregivers, volunteers, and physicians
• Serve as a liaison with external emergency service agencies and healthcare coalitions

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree with 5 years of Emergency Management experience or 10 years of Emergency Management experience and 5 years of Healthcare experience without a degree
• Must have ICS 100, 200, 700 certifications; ICS 300, 400, and 800 are desirable
• Experience in Emergency Management is required
• Healthcare facility experience is necessary
• Preferred certifications include CHEP/CEM/AEM or other emergency management credentials
