Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Prior Authorization & Clinical Care Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the strategic vision for Prior Authorization and Clinical Care Operations across all lines of business
• Lead the development and implementation of long-term goals to enhance workflow and efficiency
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and manage risks associated with compliance and audits

Required Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted pharmacist license required
• Doctor of Pharmacy degree required
• 8+ years of experience in Prior Authorization or Utilization Management
• 5+ years of leadership experience in a complex, multi-functional environment
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy regulations and compliance requirements
