Senior Resource Management Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Resource Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for Sales, managing urgent demand and leading interlock meetings
• Conduct impact analyses to present data-driven go/no-go recommendations for leadership decisions
• Align internal and subcontractor resources to project needs while managing scheduling conflicts

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
• 6-8 years of experience in resource management or related fields within a project-based environment
• Proven experience leading demand interlock sessions and managing high-urgency fulfillment cycles
• Certifications such as RMCP, PMP, CAPM, Six Sigma, or CCMP are preferred
• Experience with Certinia PSA and Salesforce CRM
