• Leads and manages the Provider Enrollment Department and staff
• Develops and executes enrollment strategies while collaborating with colleagues and vendors
• Monitors labor costs and forecasts operating expenses to optimize productivity

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Healthcare
• 10+ years of experience in provider enrollment and/or revenue cycle management
• 5+ years of experience in a healthcare leadership position
• Practice Management software certifications and leadership training preferred
• Proven advanced critical thinking and issue resolution skills
