Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager of Grievance and Appeals.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure daily workload standards and metrics are met
- Provide day-to-day leadership and support for department staff
- Oversee clinical determinations made by departmental clinical staff and manage resources that support G&A staff
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or Pharm D; current, unrestricted licensure as an RPh required
- 3-5 years of managed care and/or insurance background preferred
- 1-3 years of leadership experience preferred
- Knowledge of the PBM industry and clinical trial evaluation required
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint preferred
