Operations Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Professional Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and reconcile medical and pharmacy claim payments from various sources, ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies
• Analyze and resolve posting errors; generate and review reconciliation reports to identify trends and anomalies
• Collaborate with client engagement teams to gather business requirements and translate them into actionable documentation for technical teams

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in medical claims posting and reconciliation
• Solid understanding of medical and pharmacy claims adjudication and Medicaid reclamation claims
• Proficiency in SQL and ability to extract and analyze data from relational databases
• Familiarity with PeopleSoft Finance or similar enterprise financial systems
• Experience with FTP protocols and secure file transfer
