A company is looking for an Associate Professional Business Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile medical and pharmacy claim payments from various sources, ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies
- Analyze and resolve posting errors; generate and review reconciliation reports to identify trends and anomalies
- Collaborate with client engagement teams to gather business requirements and translate them into actionable documentation for technical teams
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in medical claims posting and reconciliation
- Solid understanding of medical and pharmacy claims adjudication and Medicaid reclamation claims
- Proficiency in SQL and ability to extract and analyze data from relational databases
- Familiarity with PeopleSoft Finance or similar enterprise financial systems
- Experience with FTP protocols and secure file transfer
