Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Enterprise Enablement & Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for Salesforce and manage GTM tools
- Design and optimize scalable sales processes, partnering with sales leadership on strategic engagements
- Lead enablement programs and ensure access to necessary assets and tools for the Enterprise/Sales team
Qualifications/Skills:
- 3+ years of Salesforce administration experience (certification preferred)
- Proven expertise supporting GTM teams, including sales, marketing, and client success
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce configuration, automation, and reporting
- Experience supporting complex B2B/enterprise sales cycles and familiarity with GTM tools
- Experience mentoring or managing small teams is a plus for future growth
