A company is looking for an Administrative Assistant responsible for various administrative tasks supporting the logistics team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for Distribution Managers and their teams
- Screen and answer calls, manage documents, and maintain office supplies
- Coordinate office repairs and handle special projects as assigned
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required; Associate's Degree is a plus
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a warehouse or distribution environment
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and other relevant software
- Experience with internet, email, fax machines, and copiers
- Ability to work overtime as needed
