Job Summary

A company is looking for a Logistics Specialist (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate and manage material shipments from suppliers to project locations based on delivery schedules
• Collect and process shipping documentation and ensure accurate entry into ERP systems
• Collaborate with teams to resolve delivery discrepancies and communicate shipment status

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in logistics coordination or supply chain operations, preferably in construction or energy
• Strong proficiency in ERP systems and logistics platforms
• Familiarity with shipping documentation such as ASNs and BOLs
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
• Knowledge of supply chain operations and logistics best practices
