Multifamily Implementation Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Multifamily Implementation Specialist to drive the successful deployment and integration of solutions within the multifamily customer base.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership and Sales Managers to define and execute implementation strategies tailored to customer requirements
• Facilitate onboarding and training for new customers, ensuring successful adoption of the platform
• Work with customers' technical teams to integrate solutions, optimize performance, and address technical challenges

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in implementation management, preferably in the multifamily or real estate tech industry
• Proven track record in leading complex projects and managing multiple stakeholders
• Solid understanding of technical infrastructure and system integration
• Strong proficiency in using CRM and project management tools such as Salesforce, Jira, or Asana
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while contributing to cross-functional teams
