Revenue Cycle Operations Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Operation Analyst to enhance efficiencies and reduce errors in the revenue cycle process.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with CBO teams and payors to improve system profiles and reduce errors/denials
• Analyze data to maximize reimbursement and monitor key performance indicators
• Coordinate system or process improvements and act as a liaison between departments and external vendors

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, Finance, IT, or related field, or 7 years of relevant experience
• 2 years of healthcare experience, preferably in a large integrated healthcare organization
• Knowledge of Medicare & Medicaid guidelines and third-party billing rules
• EPIC experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
