A company is looking for a Construction Contracts Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Process change orders and manage the bid process for smaller construction projects
- Implement measures to enhance employee motivation and improve production methods
- Develop and maintain production tracking and quality control systems
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in business or related field preferred
- 5-7 years of experience in Construction Contracting and stakeholder management
- Experience with RFPs, Ariba, and Excel
- Knowledge of production processes and quality control techniques
- Familiarity with design techniques and tools for technical plans and models
