Construction Contracts Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Construction Contracts Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Process change orders and manage the bid process for smaller construction projects
• Implement measures to enhance employee motivation and improve production methods
• Develop and maintain production tracking and quality control systems

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in business or related field preferred
• 5-7 years of experience in Construction Contracting and stakeholder management
• Experience with RFPs, Ariba, and Excel
• Knowledge of production processes and quality control techniques
• Familiarity with design techniques and tools for technical plans and models
