Radiology Operations Support Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Support Associate - Radiology.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients and clinicians, resolving calls, emails, and chats
• Monitor PACS and clinical applications for compliance, troubleshooting issues as needed
• Facilitate provider communications and support clinicians in using applications and workflows efficiently

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree plus 1 year in radiology support or HS/GED plus 3 years in healthcare/radiology support
• Experience with EMR and radiology applications preferred; familiarity with medical terminology is a plus
• Experience with CRM/ticketing systems, preferably Salesforce
• PC/hardware support experience preferred
• Highly organized with a strong ability to multitask and troubleshoot
