Loan Processor Team Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Loan Processor Team Lead (Supervisor).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the Corporate Loan Processing Team, including pipeline management, employee development, and performance management
• Manage individual loan pipelines and perform thorough reviews of borrower credit, income, and assets
• Monitor compliance with mortgage regulations and performance metrics while resolving escalated customer issues

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the loan/financial industry, including leadership roles
• Strong understanding of the mortgage lending process
• Experience with loan operating systems such as Byte Pro or Encompass
• Familiarity with various loan types including Conventional, FHA, VA, and Jumbo
• Strong knowledge of mortgage applications, credit reports, and financial verifications
