Key Responsibilities
- Oversee scheduling processes and manage client services efficiently
- Maintain learning center operations, providing concierge-level customer service
- Manage client records and assist with administrative tasks related to center operations
Required Qualifications
- 2 or more years of operations or administrative experience
- Experience with small team scheduling and scheduling software
- Background in behavioral health or pediatrics, preferably ABA scheduling
- Intermediate understanding of Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
- Bachelor's degree preferred
