Service Delivery Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Service Delivery Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of the Policy Governance Service, including policy lifecycle management and quality assurance
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement and alignment with governance expectations and compliance requirements
• Organize and administer policy-related governance forums and prepare status reports for leadership

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in policy governance, risk management, or technology compliance roles
• Experience in delivering structured services to business and technical stakeholders
• Familiarity with policy and control frameworks such as NIST CSF, ISO 27001, and COBIT
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Risk Management, or related field; Master's preferred
• Professional certifications like PMP, CISA, or CRISC are a plus
