Job Summary

A company is looking for a Team Lead, Provider Enrollment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee issue resolution for the provider education process regarding application completion and submission
• Coordinate training activities for the onshore and offshore provider enrollment team
• Monitor and analyze productivity, providing feedback on quality assurance processes for offshore staff

Required Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent required
• 4 years of provider enrollment experience
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and CAQH
• Billing knowledge and experience preferred
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize work
