A company is looking for an Operations Supervisor (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and direct multi-functional team members regarding training, policies, and work production
- Meet operational standards by contributing to strategic plans and resolving service issues
- Prepare performance reports by collecting and analyzing data related to call center and claims operations
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3 years of related professional experience with demonstrated leadership skills
- Proficiency in the service, claims, or enrollment and billing area
- Preferred: Bachelor's Degree and familiarity with Facets G6 Platform
- Experience with CMS Mandates and/or Audits is a plus
