Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Specialty Pharmacy Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement policies and procedures for intake, patient advocacy, and prior authorization teams
• Ensure high-quality patient care, including timely medication dispensing and coordination with healthcare providers
• Manage the pharmacy's budget and resources, and develop new programs and services for patients and stakeholders

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred
• Minimum of ten (10) years of pharmacy experience
• Minimum of five (5) years management experience in specialty pharmacy
