A company is looking for an Installation Administrator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Understand and configure benefit plans and components in Facets to ensure accurate claims processing
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document customer needs and requirements
  • Audit and research claims issues to identify configuration gaps and implement necessary updates
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma / GED
  • 2+ years of experience with Medicare benefit configuration and claims issue resolution
  • 2+ years of experience working with Facets database tables and configuration
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to work full-time with flexibility in shift scheduling
