Key Responsibilities
- Understand and configure benefit plans and components in Facets to ensure accurate claims processing
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document customer needs and requirements
- Audit and research claims issues to identify configuration gaps and implement necessary updates
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED
- 2+ years of experience with Medicare benefit configuration and claims issue resolution
- 2+ years of experience working with Facets database tables and configuration
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to work full-time with flexibility in shift scheduling
