Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Operations Coordinator - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and optimize clinical workflows, provider schedules, and onboarding processes
• Act as a point of contact for clinicians, facilitating check-ins and providing ongoing support
• Monitor productivity and compliance through data management and reporting tools

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; degree in healthcare, business, operations, or compliance preferred
• Two years of experience in a healthcare setting or clinical operations
• Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to navigate change
• Self-motivated and able to work autonomously
• Experience with EMR tools and CRM systems preferred
