Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Inventory Management to lead inventory strategy and optimization across its portfolio of resorts.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute long-term vision for inventory management balancing revenue growth, occupancy optimization, and owner satisfaction
• Establish governance frameworks and policies for standardized inventory practices across all resorts
• Lead and mentor a team of inventory professionals, overseeing allocation and optimization of inventory across multiple systems

Required Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of experience in inventory management, revenue management, or related fields, including 3-5 years in a leadership role
• Proven ability to coach and develop high-performing teams
• Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting data to inform strategy
• Expertise in property management systems, channel managers, and enterprise reporting tools
• Strategic mindset with the ability to balance long-term vision with operational execution
