Key Responsibilities
- Manage the grantmaking process, ensuring efficient administration and documentation
- Oversee grantmaking systems and databases, including transitions to new systems and optimizing performance
- Ensure compliance with grantmaking standards and prepare reports on grant activities
Required Qualifications
- Commitment to the organization's mission
- 3-5 years of experience in administrative or operations roles
- Proficiency in at least one of the program languages (Arabic, French, Kreyol, Portuguese, Spanish)
- Strong time management and project organizational skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Suite applications
