Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Clinical and Medical Affairs Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee strategic planning, execution, and oversight of clinical programs and operations
• Lead cross-functional teams and ensure compliance with clinical and medical affairs operations
• Drive continuous improvement in clinical processes and systems while managing risk at various levels

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience; minimum of 3 additional years in the functional area
• Minimum of 6 years of management experience, including hiring and performance management of direct reports
• Advanced degree (MHA, MSHA, MBA) preferred
• In-depth knowledge of clinical program design, operational execution, and regulatory guidelines
• Proven track record in managing external vendors and implementing operational enhancements in a healthcare environment
