Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Coordinator to manage processes and support the Operations department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide operational support across various departments, including scheduling and project assistance
  • Generate and maintain Engineered Incentive Reports and collaborate on related projects
  • Identify grant opportunities and manage the application process while maintaining communication with stakeholders
Required Qualifications
  • Associates degree or equivalent experience (3-5 years) in a related field
  • Demonstrated administrative and project coordination knowledge
  • Knowledge of grant funding processes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and context switch effectively
