Key Responsibilities
- Provide operational support across various departments, including scheduling and project assistance
- Generate and maintain Engineered Incentive Reports and collaborate on related projects
- Identify grant opportunities and manage the application process while maintaining communication with stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Associates degree or equivalent experience (3-5 years) in a related field
- Demonstrated administrative and project coordination knowledge
- Knowledge of grant funding processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
- Ability to manage multiple projects and context switch effectively
