Florida Licensed Maintenance Technician

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Maintenance Technician to oversee on-the-ground operations at a resort.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair all equipment, systems, and building components
• Perform visual inspections and operational tests on machinery and equipment
• Respond to customer inquiries and requests in a timely manner

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience as a hotel engineer or comparable maintenance experience
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable lifting objects up to 25-50 pounds
• Flexible schedule to assist with emergencies as needed
• Certifications in HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, or other relevant fields are a plus
