Key Responsibilities

• Lead the business operating rhythm, including forecasting, pipeline reviews, and KPI tracking

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of Sales/Business Operations or GTM Strategy experience, particularly in SaaS
• Experience in financial services, fintech, healthcare, or consulting in regulated industries
• Proven success in building territory models and forecasting processes
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract insights from data
• Experience navigating complex tech stacks, including CRM and productivity tools
