Operations Proposal Group Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Proposal Group Manager (Full-time Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and guidance to the Cost Analysis team within the Operations Proposal Group
• Conduct Price Analysis and Cost Analysis on supplier information for proposals
• Support proposal fact-finding, customer/supplier negotiations, and Purchase Order price justification

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain & Logistics, Finance, Business Administration, or similar disciplines
• Extensive knowledge of Defense Aerospace industry regulations related to U.S. Government Proposals and Programs (FAR/DFARs)
• Experience leading procurement efforts in a Department of Defense contracting environment
• Understanding of material solicitations and bid analysis/process
• Ability to motivate and manage personnel
