Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Manager to join their Accelerator team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the collection and integrity of program data within a centralized database
• Develop and manage tools and automated solutions to streamline operational tasks
• Create and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to track program impact and metrics

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Extensive experience with writing scripts for task automation or equivalent coding experience
• Data analytics and dashboarding software experience
• Advanced spreadsheet skills
• 2-3 years of experience working within the startup space
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field
