A company is looking for a Contract Coordinator - Medical Review Intake & Scheduling - Full-time (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and triage incoming medical necessity review requests
- Assign reviews to physicians and submit completed reviews to the requesting agency
- Maintain calendars, coordinate across teams, and perform general administrative duties
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative or support role, preferably in healthcare or operations
- Minimal travel to Nashville, Tennessee
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new systems
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality
