Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Director - Partner Performance Excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain systems for measuring and managing vendor performance
• Oversee the collection and analysis of vendor performance data, creating actionable reports for stakeholders
• Drive resolution of performance gaps and champion a culture of accountability across the organization

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in vendor management or supplier relations with a focus on performance and governance
• 10+ years of experience with third-party technologies and vendor support management
• 8+ years of experience solving complex business or technical problems
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent work experience
